Delete Your Royale Guru Account

Royale Guru is made by Sly Trunk LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Royale Guru.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password if you created an account, and confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email royaleguru@slytrunk.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you never created an account, include your Clash Royale player tag. We will confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your battles, battle snapshots and Battle Reviews
• Your questions to the Guru and their answers, and your Feedback
• Your player tag, email address and sign-in
• Push notification tokens

App usage analytics aren't deleted automatically yet; email us and we will delete them too. Otherwise they are kept for up to 2 years.

What is kept

• Purchase records (transaction ID, product and date), as long as needed for accounting, tax and fraud prevention.
• Server logs (IP address, time, app version, errors) for about 30 days.

Deleting the app alone does not delete your data on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for more.
